No Return, No Refund, No Exchange Policy

At BABY CASA, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Before placing an order, kindly ensure:

• You have selected the correct size and color.
• You have reviewed all product details carefully.

Exceptions:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at babycasabb@gmail.com with your order details and product images.
• Our team will review the case and provide a resolution if applicable.

Note: Any claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
